777bp Terms and Conditions

01. General Provisions

777bp ("Platform", "we", "us") provides online casino and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between 777bp and registered users ("you", "user").

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using the platform, you are bound to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If any provision becomes unenforceable due to a change in applicable law or regulation, the remaining terms will continue in full force.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall apply. 777bp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

02. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use 777bp services. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• The email address and mobile number provided at the time of account registration must be your own.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
• Any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

If any information provided at registration changes, the user must update their profile as soon as possible or notify our support team.

03. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

777bp services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

KYC Verification

777bp conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer) to provide safe and transparent services. You may be asked to submit identity documents in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request.
• For withdrawals of a significant amount.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• As part of routine security checks at any time.

Accepted identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

777bp supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits are generally processed instantly.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks are detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are faster for accounts that have completed KYC verification.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it while it is being processed.
• 777bp is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect payment details.
• 777bp reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

777bp offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are available subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To use this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be met. This means withdrawals will be eligible after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period and wagering requirements.
• The same person, device, IP address or payment method cannot be used to claim a bonus more than once.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 777bp reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the account may be suspended.

VIP Program

Regular players will benefit from our VIP program. Cashback is offered across five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly. Progression to higher tiers depends on regular participation and activity. Separate terms apply to VIP cashback.

06. Gaming Rules

The 777bp platform offers casino games, sports betting and various other gaming services. Each game may have its own rules, which are stated in that game's description.

• Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection or technical error, 777bp will settle the round according to its records.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, 777bp may void that round and refund the bet.
• The use of any software, bots or automated methods during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Playing from multiple accounts in the same game simultaneously, or manipulating outcomes through linked accounts, is prohibited.

07. Fair Play Policy

777bp is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. As a safe and reliable platform, we use SSL encryption and advanced security technology.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs — any such issues must be reported to us immediately upon discovery.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.

08. Account Suspension and Closure

777bp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicion of violating anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Compliance with applicable law or instructions from a regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure, any remaining funds confirmed as legitimate following an investigation will be returned to the user. However, funds may be forfeited if a violation is proven.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact our support team. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

09. Responsible Gaming
